Photographing sports is a passion of mine. Any time I get the chance I jump on it.
The Snoopy Ice Arena is a fantastic place to get great shots of the players in action. The biggest changeling in shooting indoors is the light. Most Gyms and arenas are poorly lit from a photography stand point. Usually with mixed light sources and low light. The best was to get them in action is to push your ISO up and drop your f/stop to the lenses lowest value, this should give you the shutter speed that you need to stop the action, somewhere around 1/250th to 1/500th second. Please enjoy.
