On my way back from dropping my mom off at the San Francisco airport I decided to take a detour to a place that I have not been before. My journey took me to Baker Beach just south of the Golden Gate Bridge. This is where I discovered a fantastic place to take photos. There is everything here; the beach, the Golden Gate Bridge, the old batteries originally armed in 1904, and of course San Francisco. There is not much left of the old Battery, however what is left is awesome from a photographic stand point.
I saw this anchor and ring sticking out of the concrete wall and I had to shoot it. I must have shot this bad boy from every angle I could get my camera in. But this is my favorite angle.
